Heidi Klum Joins America Got Talent

America's Got Talent just scored a new star judge by signing Heidi Klum to the show in a last minute deal. The papers came through over the weekend, just in time for Heidi to join the rest of the show's judges in New Orleans, where Season 8's first audition round is scheduled for Monday.

TMZ has a picture from the New Orleans set that shows Heidi's name on AGT's giant "X" sign along with fellow judges Howie Mandel, Mel B (who replaced Sharon Osbourne), and Howard Stern. We can't wait to see how the Project Runway ice queen handles all the wonderful weirdness that's made AGT one of the most entertaining summer reality competitions on the air.

NollyWood Actor RMD wanted For 50M Fraud

Veteran Nollywood Actor RMD on the Run for 50M Naira Delta State Tourism Fund

Interesting new stories have surrounded the veteran nollywood actor Richard Mofe Damijo . It is said that the actor have been avoiding invitations from the EFCC for alledgelly embezzling 50 Million naira from the State Ministry if Culture and Tourism .
Philo Nkem Ajufo, the acting General Manager of Delta State Tourism Board, has been detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja over her role in a financial scheme. Ms. Ajufo is reportedly being quizzed for conniving with her boss, Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), to embezzle N50 million from the state Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Mr. Mofe Damijo, a well known Nollywood star, is the commissioner in charge of the ministry. Our EFCC said the commissioner was also being sought by the anti-corruption agency, but he has been elusive.

An EFCC source confirmed Ms. Ajufo’s arrest. “As we talk, the Delta State Tourism GM, one Mrs. Nkem Ajufo, is been held in our headquarters here in Abuja over her involvement in the N50 million fraud. Her boss, Mr. Richard Mofe Damijo, is not left out but as we speak he is still avoiding us,” said the source.

Two sources at the ministry told newsmen present that the EFCC last week delivered a letter inviting Ms. Ajufo to appear at their headquarters. She was reportedly asked to bring along relevant documents concerning the N50 million that was meant for the purported 2007 Delta Expo event which never held.

The sources disclosed that Mr. Mofe Damijo went underground on learning about the current development.
One source told our reporter that the commissioner, who is reported to be building himself a massive underground edifice in Lagos, was trying to use political contacts in Delta and Abuja to scuttle the EFCC’s investigation and washed his hands off the scam.

Sources learnt that Mr. Mofe Damijo denied knowledge of the money during the budget defense exercise.
Several calls and sms texts sent to Mr. Damijo and Ms. Ajufo’s mobile lines were not answered. After a while, the commissioner switched off his mobile phone.

Late last year, Saharareporters broke the news of the N50 million allegedly embezzled by the commissioner and the acting GM of the state’s tourism board.

Several sources in the commissioner’s office had confided that a former commissioner in the Ministry had applied for the N50 million to organise the “Delta State Expo 2007,” disclosing that the state could not release the funds then due to some financial challenges. However, when the funds were released into the Tourism account in May, 2012, Mr. Mofe Damijo allegedly said that the ministry could no longer carry out the event since it had elapsed by six years and Deltans would have forgotten about the event.

But our reporter obtained “Forms of Advance Warrant” on release of funds from the Ministry of Finance indicating that the N50 million was supposed to be spent on the original event for which it was approved. The warrant order, numbered 00000117, 00000114 and 00000115, was signed by one Ms. P.O. Evuojapha for the Commissioner of Finance.
SaharaReporters learnt that N35 million of the N50 million was supposed to have gone to the tourism board.
A reporter for SaharaReporters learned that Mr. Mofe Damijo issued a check to the tourism board in the name of its acting GM, Ms. Ajufo. She in turn reportedly deposited the sum into her First Bank private account with account number (3006131619) operated under her name, Nkem Philo Ajufo. Our sources said she and Mr. Mofe Damijo subsequently shared the money.

You can imagine if found guilty how disgraceful this act was. Public servants using up public funds for personal reasons ain't right and the perpetrators of these acts should be brought to book .

6 Souls Movie Trailer

Its been nearly five years since the producion of 6 Souls began . The film is finally getting a release stateside, a fact that never bodes well for a film even if it stars four-time Oscar nominee Julianne Moore. Despite the delay, the concept of 6 Souls does show some promise for those who love dark psychological thrillers.

Julianna Moore plays a forensic psychiatrist who becomes obsessed with a case involving the devil - David Bernbug (Jonathan Rhys Meyers), a man with multiple personality disorder whose personalities are those of past murder victims, although he's convinced it's the devil that's infected him. It's like The Exorcist meets Primal Fear meets any other horror movie that takes place in the creepy backwoods of some small town with terrible weather and scary old ladies who speak with a sense of foreboding. 
 

Fergie is Pregnant - SInger and Husband Josh Duhamel Overwhelmed

Fergie is finally pregnant! After months and months — maybe even years — of pregnancy buzz and trying to get pregnant, the singer's wish has now come true . Fergie confirmed the happy news on Twitter Monday.

“Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!! #mylovelybabybump,” wrote Fergie. Her Husband Josh Duhamel also confirmed on his own twitter account.

The two tied the knot in 2009 and have openly talked about wanting children, but always said the timing wasn't quite right. Well, now it is!

Fergie walked the red carpet at Duhamel's Safe Haven premiere earlier this month and sparked another round of baby rumors in her loose black dress.

Selena Gomez and the Spring Breakers spotted in Paris

Selena Gomez and her Spring Breakers co-stars Ashley Benson and Vanessa Hudgens (who also happen to be her BFFs) descended upon the City of Light for their film's French premiere, but they managed to sneak in a little sunrise sightseeing too. 
"Bonjour Paris. Spring break is here ;)!" Gomez wrote on Twitter with her adorable snapshot above .  Seems shes having a  wonderful time in the beautiful city .

Goldie’s Husband Andrew Harvey shares Photos & Memories of the Late Nigerian Music Star | Wedding & Holiday Photos

We clearly remember years ago, Goldie gave an in-depth interview to a Nigerian newspaper. In the interview, the star talked about several intimate subjects – her mother’s death when she was a young child, living and studying for her degree in the UK, her entrepreneurial pursuits (at the time, she had a successful business unrelated to music – from what we remember, it was related to making cards) and also her marriage.
After that, we never saw any other mention of her marriage in future interviews. We simply assumed that she decided to keep it private or the marriage was dissolved.

It has been over 24 hours since her untimely death and now, Goldie’s husband - Andrew Harvey has emerged with photographs of the couple together. From their wedding photographs to more recent photographs of them together. Andrew also appealed to Prezzo to “leave our family to grieve in peace” via his Facebook page.


In an interview with TheNetNG, Andrew who used to work as an expartriate in the oil and telecommuncations industries in Nigeria and is presently based in Malaysia, he confirmed the following:

    1) That he and Goldie met at a friend’s party in Nigeria and the love connection was instant

    2) That he and Goldie got married in December 2005

    3) That he and Goldie were until her death, legally married

    4) That Goldie’s “relationship” with Prezzo was just for TV – “Prezzo was part of BBA game, just like in the movies, there was nothing to fear“

    5) That Goldie had no preexisting medical condition

    6) That Goldie was already a British Citizen before they met (she lived and schooled there) while he was in the process of working on his Nigerian citizenship

    7) That he and Goldie actually spent the most recent Christmas holiday together in Malaysia

    8) That he and Goldie were still together and spoke on the day she passed away – 14th February 2013

As we all know Goldie still bore Andrew’s last name – Harvey.

Rapper DMX Arrested for Driving without a license

 

Rapper DMX was arrested in South Carolina  early Wednesday for driving without a license.
Earl Simmons, aka DMX was arrested at 1 a.m. when an officer saw him at a gas station in Greer. He already faced several charges of driving without a license, so according to authorities, an officer pulled him over after watching Simmons leave a gas station, get into a car and drive away. He was released after paying a fine.

DMX was arrested in Phoenix in 2011 for driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and speeding after he was recorded driving at 102 miles an hour. He recently completed a stint in prison  after his probation was revoked for failing to submit to drug testing and driving without a license.

DMX released his seventh studio album, Undisputed, last year and also appeared on VH1's Couples Therapy.

Taylor Swift Wins Early Grammy for 'Hunger Games' Song

It's already a great night for Taylor Swift, who won an early Grammy in the show's pre-telecast. As usual, she was shocked by the victory and made her best surprise face on stage.

The country star won for Best Song Written for Visual Media for her song "Safe & Sound" with The Civil Wars, which was featured on The Hunger Games soundtrack.

At the mic, Swift and thanked the usual suspects and hugged songwriter Joy Williams from the Civil Wars. She then told the crowd: "I'm fine with one, but if they want to give me more than that, I'm fine with that too."

After that, she changed into her second dress of the night and hit the red carpet on the way into the Staples Center. She looked amazing in a low-cut Grecian gown and will undoubtedly change again for her performance during the show. It's going to be a big night!

No matter how awesome her performance is and how many statues she wins tonight, Swift says her day was already made early on. She tweeted Sunday: "Favorite Grammy day moment so far: sitting in my dressing room with Sir Elton, watching Ed Sheeran play new songs on his guitar."

Paul Walker Is Having a Really Rough Day obviously.
Let's see if we can count all the bad things that happen to Paul Walker in the trailer for his new film Hours. First, his beautiful, pregnant wife (Genesis Rodriguez) goes into labor five weeks early. Okay, modern medicine being what it is, that's not totally terrible, right? Except she dies, or, to put it in doctor's terms, "expires."

Luckily his baby survived. Phew! Except Hurricane Katrina is barreling down upon the hospital, causing power outages and flooding. Fortunately, Walker finds a hand-crank generator to keep his newborn's ventilator working. Except the generator is only capable of producing a three-minute charge, meaning Walker has to keep cranking away while also trying to find help. (If only Desmond from Lost was around — that guy's got experience in the repeated task department.) Throw in some armed looters and a helicopter with apparently something better to do than rescue a baby, and this looks like one of the worst (albeit most entertaining) days ever.

Taylor Swift fully admits that she writes songs about all of her exes, but she swears she draws the line at chasing boys and yelling.

In a recent interview in the March issue of Elle, taylor swift explained that she's the victim of silly rumors when it comes to her love life. She said and i quote  “I’m sure if I looked up the latest Google Alerts rumor it would say I’m chasing somebody who doesn’t like me as much as I like him – people love that angle on me,” Swift said.

“They’re like ‘Oh Taylor, coming on too strong again, chasing boys.’ I never chase boys," she added. "They don’t like it!”

And, she isn't into the screaming ex-girlfriend thing. Really. “I don’t think I’ve ever yelled at an ex-boyfriend. Ever,” she said. “I’m not a yeller. I’m not a fit thrower. If something is done, it’s done.”

Instead, she just gets in bed and writes a song — simple as that. “To me it’s just writing songs the way I always have.  It’s me sitting on my bed feeling pain I didn’t understand, writing a song, and understanding it better," Swift continued. She did it again...got an adorable dog, that is.

Pop star Britney Spears, who broke up with fiancé Jason Trawick last month, introduced the world to her newest family member on Friday, a fluffy white puppy.

"Say good morning to my new baby people," the singer wrote on Facebook and Twitter, sharing a photo of her snuggling with the new pup. Spears also got another tiny dog last November, a teacup Yorkie named Hannah who has quite the robust Twitter following.

There's no word on the new pooch's name or what kind of breed it is, but the itty bitty puppy sure is cute. Who says you can't cure heartbreak with a four-legged friend?

Miley Cyrus Blasts Perez Hilton Over Romance Rumors

The star has just blasted gossip blogger Perez Hilton for insinuating that there was something going on between her and former Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick. Hilton posted a blog entry suggesting Miley and Mr. Westwick were spotted together Thursday night and it did not go over well with the singer/actress.

“Hope you find love one day but can you not f**k with mine,” Cyrus began. ”I’ve never been [with] Ed W in my life. I was at the studio last night working on my record and never left with anyone other than my assistant.”

She continued, “What happened to your big enlightenment… what happened to your promise to spread love not lies. And to be a decent human being with values and morals???”

And then Miley kept going: "@perezhilton you're the first one to write about my engagement and my wedding and how happy u r for me and the first to try to tear my life. Respect, love & compassion are mandatory."

At the end of the rant, she added, "@perezhilton hope this message finds you happy and healthy" and "@PerezHilton feel free to ask me whatever u want but I can't tolerate lies. Thanks for understand. Blessings x."

After getting it all out, she went back to her regularly scheduled Twitter business: Posting pictures of her dogs and Wiz Khalifa. As for Perez Hilton, he took a screen grab of her tweets and posted them as "proof" that there's nothing going on between Miley and Westwick. He also made sure to mention: "We love it when Disney stars reach out to us!"

Beyoncé seemed destined to break Madonna's record for the most-watched Super Bowl haltime show in history, based on the relentless hype alone. There were the behind-the-scenes photos. The rehearsal videos. The psuedo-controversies about whether she'd perform live. The terribly-kept rumors about a Destiny's Child reunion onstage. But it appears that Queen Bey has not yet dethroned the Queen of Pop.

According to Deadline, Beyoncé pulled in about 100 million U.S. viewers on Sunday evening — a considerable feat, to be sure. But the number looks a little less impressive when one considers that in 2012, 116 million tuned in to watch Madonna stalk around awkwardly in too-tall stilettos and a cheerleader outfit. There are, of course, other factors than Beyoncé's pull at play here: This year's game was slightly less popular than the last, and the way the first half went down (i.e. the Niners getting their tails handed to them) didn't help matters.

How Pink Won Hubby Carey Hart Back and Saved Her Marriage

Pink and husband Carey Hart have been together for more than a decade( Had to do with her ''please, dont leave me '' song i think) , but their relationship hasn't been without some rough patches. In an interview with Redbook, Pink even revealed her secret strategy to winning Hart back.

"Eleven months after we broke up, he asked me to fly to Las Vegas to perform on New Year's Eve at his club. I wanted to see him. And I looked hot. There's something about breaking up with someone — you just look hotter than you ever did before. I will never look as good as I did those six months after we broke up. Never!," the 33-year-old singer told the magazine. "Anyway, after sound check I told him that he needed to come to my room. I had made him a photo album of all the cards he had ever given me, of all the photos of our entire relationship."

Pink continued, "I spent months on this album. On the last page, I pasted a photo of me from a really bad movie I made years ago with my neck slit and blood everywhere. Next to it I wrote, 'This is me without you.' On the next page, there was a picture of a baby. And I wrote: 'The rest is unwritten.' The divorce papers that we never signed were behind that page. I was like, 'The rest is up to you.' And I did all of this in his favorite bra and panties."

Pink's bold move shouldn't come as a surprise. After all, it was she was the one who proposed to Hart in the first place by holding up a "Will you marry me?" sign at one of his motocross events in 2005. Isnt that just romantic? Wish more ladies could do that...

Justin Timberlake Disses Britney Spears

 

On Saturday evening, Justin Timberlake made his much-hyped return to the stage with new material at DIRECTV's Super Saturday Night in New Orleans, Louisiana, but it was not without (minor) controversy.

Just before he launched into a rendition of his breakup anthem "Cry Me a River," Timberlake allegedly told a crowd that included the likes of Kate Upton, Hayden Panettiere, and Sofia Vergara, "Sometimes in life, you think you found the one. But then one day you find out that she is just some b**ch."

Given that Timberlake has never made any attempt to dispel rumors about who inspired the song (he cast a Britney lookalike in the music video, for pete's sake), people naturally assumed that the "b**ch" to whom Justin referred was Ms. Spears. Justin took to Twitter to say it wasn't so, perhaps because he knows those Britney fans don't mess around:


Timberlake and Spears were teen pop's golden couple for a few years in the early aughts. They broke up in 2002 amid rumors that she'd cheated on him with choreographer Wade Robson. In 2011, Timberlake admitted that he hadn't spoken to Spears since the breakup.
