Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries,How the Divorce Got Real Ugly Real Fast

if you're under the impression that the shorter the marriage, the easier the divorce, Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian are here to prove otherwise. After a measly 72 days as husband and wife, the reality TV couple's divorce is far from over, and it continues to get messier by the day. The latest nasty allegations suggest that Kardashian momager Kris Jenner staged the entire sex tape scandal that catapulted Kim into fame and fortune.


Where do these allegations come from? Well that's half the fun. Kris Humphries has found himself in the middle of a second contentious break-up, this time from Myla Sinanaj (pictured right). He's trying to get her to sign a non-disclosure agreement about their relationship so whatever she has to say can't come back and hurt him in his divorce proceedings from Kim Kardashian. Now TMZ is reporting that an undisclosed source who knows Myla told them that Kris Humphries told her that Kim K told him that her mom pushed her into the sex tape. Got that? The whole thing is about four levels of he said/she said.


Who is Myla Sinanaj you ask? She's the rebound girlfriend (now ex) of Humphries, who apparently has dirt on the relationship between Kris and Kim. Last week, Humphries' lawyers accused Sinanaj of extortion, claiming her refusal to sign a non-disclosure agreement unless she was financially compensated was tantamount to blackmail.


Humphries' camp wants Myla to keep quiet for fear she has texts, emails, and other damaging information that could ruin Humphries' chances at a big payout in the divorce settlement. To make matters more complicated, Kim's legal team recently subpoenaed Sinanaj as a witness on their side of the divorce case. Why? TMZ reports that Humphries and Sinanaj began their relationship just two months after Kim filed for divorce, which puts a hole in Humphries' argument that he was both devastated and surprised by the divorce. 

TMZ's sources say Sinanaj has text messages from Humphries in which he not only confesses his undying love for her, but also says Kris Jenner directed Kim's sex tape and even ordered a second shoot because the first wasn't pretty enough. Of course, the Kardashian camp has yet to dignify these claims with a response, and Humphries hasn't officially commented on the sex tape situation either. How reliable these "sources" are is up for debate, but one thing is for sure: Sinanaj was hit up by lawyers on both sides of the divorce, so whatever she knows is at least interesting.


To think, this could have been so easy – deal with each other on a reality show for a while, cash in on a highly publicized, televised wedding, coast for a couple months, file for divorce, and split the profits. But what's a Hollywood break-up without a little controversy?
