Kim Kardashian blogged yesterday that she'd found the perfect product to conceal her psoriasis. "I'm using Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs spray and it is my lifesaver at the moment,"she wrote. The spray, promoted as an alternative to tanning and pantyhose, is used by spraying onto your hands and blending onto your legs. Once the product dries it's water and transfer resistant yet comes off without effort in the bath or shower.
According to the Sally Hansen website, not only does Airbrush Legs conceal any unwanted spots on the legs, it also contains ingredients that stimulate microcirculation, creating "healthier and firmer looking legs and feet." Kim posted before and after pictures of her legs and the result, though picture quality is not the best, was a definite reduction of the areas affected by psoriasis.
Millions of Americans that live with psoriasis have been managing the condition through a variety of treatments, ranging from from creams to pills to injections. However, on exposed legs, Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs may be an option for any cosmetic concealment. But as always, you should speak with your doctor before using any new product
