Celebrity Dovorce : Liberty Ross Files for Divorce After Kristen Stewart Cheating Saga

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have weathered the actress' 2012 cheating scandal, but the other parties involved in the saga are parting ways for good. Scorned wife Liberty Ross has filed for divorce from cheating husband Rupert Sanders, reports TMZ.

The model just filed paperwork in L.A. County Superior Court and is asking for joint custody of their child, ages 5 and 7. She's also asking for spousal support and is looking to be repaid for attorney fees. Ross has enlisted the help of famed celebrity divorce lawyers to the stars Laura Wasser, so those legal bills are bound to be lofty.

The Snow White and the Huntsman director is also seeking joint custody with the help of another celebrity divorce lawyer. However, he's not looking for support and is hoping to split the legal costs with his ex.

In case you need a refresher, news of Stewart and Sanders' cheating scandal broke over the summer. Stewart issued a lengthy public apology for her lapse in judgment and eventually found her way back into Pattinson's arms. Ross and Sanders went to therapy and attempted to work things out, but clearly were not successful.

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler Call Off Engagement

Kristin Cavallari and quarterback Jay Cutler have already registered for fine china and a $2,799.95 knife set, but apparently their wedding wish list is now null and void. Sources confirm to People magazine that the two have called off their engagement!

"She was hanging out at a table with Nicky Hilton and Alessandra Ambrosio," an insider said. "She was telling friends how she called off the engagement."

Another source said the Chicago Bears quarterback was the one who called off the engagement. "She got dumped," the insider said. "She's absolutely devastated. She can't believe this is happening."

Jay proposed to the former Hills star in Mexico in April and they recently had an engagement party. "Thx to all my amazing friends for making my engagement party a blast last night!" she wrote on Twitter after the bash last week.

"We have decided to end our marriage," they said in a joint statement (via People.com). "This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters."

"It is a painful time for all involved," they added, "and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time."

The couple got hitched in June 2004 and J. Lo's Beverly Hills home and they welcomed twins in 2008. This was the third marriage for Jennifer and Marc's second.
