The 20-year-old performer was walking her dogs with close pal Cheyne Thomas this week when she spotted a paparazzo jumping out of a "handicapped vehicle" to snap shots of her and the pups. Miley, who is no stranger to this kind of thing, whipped out her cell phone and videotaped the man snapping her photo. If Miley's recent tweets are to be believed, this might become a regular thing:
