All the Details on Kim Kardashian's Pregnancy

Apparently unbeknownst to Kim Kardashian, Kanye West shared news of their baby on the way at his concert in Atlantic City Sunday evening. Over the last 24 hours, updates and wild speculation about the pregnancy have been pouring in. So, here's what we know so far: 

West spilled the news by changing the lyrics to "Runaway." He sang: "God brought us a whole new plan, baby. 'Cause now you're having my baby," in front of the Atlantic City crowd. He then interrupted himself to say: "Can we make some noise for my baby mama right quick?"
-Kardashian was in the crowd, but had "no idea" her baby daddy was going to make the annoucement
-Shortly after the word spread, the whole Kardashian clan jumped on Twitter to offer up their congratulations
-Kim wrote a blog post confirming the news, saying she's "blessed and lucky" to be starting a family
-The reality star probably conceived during her 32nd birthday trip to Italy. The math adds up
-She's reportedly about 12 weeks along
-Kardashian is still not officially divorced from Kris Humphries
