Everyone knows that Lindsay Lohan is trying her hardest — in court, anyway — to clear her Bad Girl rap by suing anyone who uses it the wrong way. She's settled with E*Trade and filed against Pitbull, but she's decided not to pursue legal action against Mena Suvari and Dania Ramirez, the stars of the new parody video "A** and T**ties."
The video features former American Pie star Mena Suvari, outfitted in a snappy fedora and an overteased wig, drooling over designer clothes and shoving a necklace into her cleavage. Flattering!
A source (probably Dina or Ali) told TMZ that Lindsay thinks the video is "petty," therefore she's not going to try to take them down with Legalese. There's also the fact that Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian and 50 Cent are all made fun of in the video, and Lindsay would probably feel pretty stupid fighting that battle alone.
Check out the video below. It's not all that funny, so if Lindsay's people could've kept from commenting it's unlikely too many people would have seen it.
