Kate Middleton is definitely pregnant, and now there's growing speculation that she's actually carrying twins! Could it be?
The Palace confirmed Kate Middleton's pregnancy Monday and now there's wild rumors going around that the Duchess is actually carrying two babies!
Here's the "evidence," so far: Middleton was hospitalized for four days for a rare condition called hyperemesis gravidarum, or acute morning sickness. Well, turns out that this ailment appears more frequently in women carrying twins! And that's according to the highly reliable National Institutes of Health, as a matter of fact.
Of course, the twin story has not been confirmed by Middleton's camp. However, People still did a little research and found out what it would mean if there are royal twins. Turns out the heir title strictly has to do with which baby's born first. "The first child to appear will have precedence. Whichever one comes out first will be the heir – and it will be the call of the obstetrician if there is a caesarean section," reports royal historian Robert Lacey.
