When Beyoncé takes the stage at the Super Bowl XLVII Halftime Show, she's guaranteed to launch into an explosive medley of her many, many hits, no doubt with special guest performers to help out with the theatrics (we're secretly hoping for Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams). But in addition to the tried and true melodies, there will be new music, says Knowles collaborator Terius "The-Dream" Nash.
"She's got her stuff going. She took the summer to start recording, and now she's in a place where she's ready to start gearing up to reveal her plan," the famed songwriter told Billboard. He also noted that Knowles has enough material ready to debut more than one song before kickoff: "She's already gearing up to get ready to put stuff out. I'm sure there will probably be a couple records you hear before the Super Bowl gets here."
A few days ago, someone close to Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z tweeted and subsequently deleted a photo of the married couple hard at work over a bottle of wine in what appeared to be a recording studio. Naturally, fans are wondering if this means there's another "'03 Bonnie and Clyde" in the mix.
We'll know the answer by February.
