Chris Brown's Rep Threatens Legal Action Over Latest Gay Slur Story

(PacificCoastNews)
Chris Brown (Getty) Chris Brown isn't the type of person to make the same psuedo-apology twice.

Just a few weeks after spewing gay slurs at a paparazzo—on video—and subsequently tweeting "[his] intention was not to insult anyone in it," Brown has been fingered yet again for making homophobic remarks, this time by Star.

The latest issue of the tabloid magazine includes a story about Brown becoming agitated during a basketball game, yelling "That's gay!" and "You're a f****t a**!" at his opponents. On Thursday, Brown's rep called the story "totally fictitious," stating, "He spent the entire day with dozens of members of the production team filming the video for 'Body to Body' at 1870 Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood," adding that the photo used to augment the story was taken in March.

And they might sue: "Chris Brown's management is considering taking appropriate legal action against the paper ... We stand behind our client and want to set the record straight that this did not happen."

In December 2010, Brown raised quite a few eyebrows when he attacked former B2K member Raz-B on Twitter with gay slurs, calling him a ""dick in da booty a** lil boy" and tweeting, "Tell me this @razb2k! Why when the money was coming in you won't complaining about getting butplugged! #homothug!"
